Internal Training - New Staff Joined KCG

Today, three young talents join KCG to serve as supporting staff for the entire group. KCG arranges a two-day orientation and internal training for them. The training has been mainly conducted by experienced professionals and Mr. Kent Xu, the founder of KCG. During these two days, the new employees learnt something about KCG’s history, mission, value propositions and the services. They were trained with basic skills on serving customers as well. All these will facilitate their adaption in the firm and help them to grow into professionals in educational consulting area.
